Terms and Conditions

  1. Organiser. The “Share & Win” Redemption (“Redemption”) is organised by OSIM International Pte. Ltd. (“OSIM”) which will run during the Redemption period from 24 August 2021 (from CET 09:00am) to 28 August 2022 (up to CET 08:00pm) or any other duration specified by OSIM (“Redemption Period”).
  2. Agreement to Terms. By participating in this Redemption, Participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including consent to OSIM’s collection of Participant’s personal data for the purpose of conducting the Redemption, and agree that OSIM may, for this purpose, collect, use and/or disclose Participant’s personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and OSIM's Privacy Policy at,https://intl.osim.com/pages/privacy-policy. All rules, regulations and instructions issued by OSIM from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions. OSIM reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Redemption, at any time, without prior notice.
  3. Eligibility:
    1. This Redemption is open to all Gamescom attendees who have visited OSIM’s booth (“Participants”).
    2. Participants are only allowed to participate and redeem once. Any duplicate submissions may be rejected or denied at the discretion of OSIM.
    3. Participants must be 18 years of age and older.
    4. All OSIM staff, whether permanent or temporary, are not eligible to participate in this Redemption.
    5. Redemption mechanics is only accessible through www.osim-interactive.com during the Redemption Period.
  4. How to Participate:
    1. Participants must launch www.osim-interactive.com, fill in their personal details, complete the questionnaire as instructed, and share OSIM’s promotion code with 5 other people via platforms such as Telegram, Whatsapp or SMS.
    2. Upon completion, Participants can redeem 1 free gift “Free Gift” from OSIM’s booth.
  5. Free Gift:
    1. The Free Gift is based on a first-come-first-serve basis at full discretion of OSIM. All Free Gifts are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash or other goods, whether in part or in full.
    2. Only one (1) Free Gift  may be redeemed per submission per person.
    3. OSIM’s decision on any disputes relating to this Redemption, including but not limited to the redemption of the Free Gift, shall be final and binding. No further correspondence, appeals, protests or attempts to dispute the same shall be entertained.
    4. OSIM reserves the right to substitute or replace any Free Gift(s) with other items of approximately equivalent value at any time with prior notice.
    5. All Free Gift(s) are used/accepted entirely at the risk of the participants at all times. OSIM shall not be liable for or obliged to recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Free Gift where such defect, loss or damage in respect of the Free Gift is not due to the fault and/or negligence of OSIM.
    6. All Free Gift(s) are given on an “as-is” basis and agrees and acknowledges that OSIM shall be under no obligation to entertain any request by Participants to change any aspect of the Free Gift, or exchange the Free Gift for another. OSIM, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be held liable for any misuse, claims, loss, theft or damages arising out of or in connection with this Redemption.
  6. Coverage:
    1. Participants in the Redemption: (i) agree to take part in any and all marketing, promotional, publicity exercises with respect to the Redemption; (ii) agree for OSIM to use his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness or other personal identifiable information in any media for the promotion and publicity of this Redemption and/or OSIM products; and (iii) grants to OSIM all consents and waivers necessary hereunder, including in respect of any promotional photographs and/or audio/ video recordings taken in respect of the Redemption.
    2. Each Participant provides his/her consent to allow OSIM and OSIM’s partners, agencies, promoters and/or their respective contractors to collect, use, and disclose to any third party, all personal data provided by the Participants pursuant to this Redemption for any and all purposes relating to this Redemption and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of OSIM without additional compensation, notification or permission. Each of the Participants is deemed to have given his/her consent and authorization to OSIM to use his/her name and any photographs taken or other information approved by the Participants for current and future advertising and publicity purposes relating to the Redemption. The Participants also agree to be featured in any and all publicity material relating to the Redemption. No fee will be paid to the Participants for any of the foregoing.
  7. Liabilities:
    1. OSIM is not responsible for any safe custody, return, non-delivery, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure encountered during the avatar creation process on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the Participant’s or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from Participation in the Redemption.
    2. OSIM shall not be liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of their involvement in the Redemption and/or accepting any Free Gift(s).
    3. By participating in the Redemption and/or accepting the Free Gift(s), each Participant agrees that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect, and consequential losses) shall be asserted against OSIM, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or partners from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage.
    4. Except where expressly provided herein, each Participant shall bear his/her own costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from his/her participation in the Redemption, and no reimbursement may be sought from OSIM.
    5. Each Participant shall not, without the prior written approval of OSIM, speak to the press or any other media, or give any interviews or comments relating to the Redemption and/or OSIM.
  8. Severability:
    1. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such terms shall be struck out and the remaining terms shall be enforced. Any failure to act by OSIM with respect to any breach by you or others of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions does not waive OSIM’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
    2. The decision of OSIM on all matters pertaining to the Redemption shall be final and binding on all parties. No correspondence or further claims shall be entertained.
    3. You hereby agree and acknowledge: (i) that all electronic communications made pursuant to the Redemption shall be given legal effect, validity, and enforceability and shall have, between the parties thereto, comparable evidential value to that accorded to a signed written document; (ii) not to contest the legally binding nature, validity, or enforceability of any transaction on the ground that it was entered into electronically.
  9. Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you acknowledge and agree that by using any of the Services herein submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.

OSIM Promotion Code
Terms and Conditions

  • Promotion Code(s) (“Promo Code(s)”) associated with this Redemption is only eligible for use on intl.osim.com.
  • Promo Code is eligible from 24 August 2021 (from CET 09:00am) to 31 August 2022 (up to CET 11:59pm).
  • Promo Code(s) must be applied upon checkout. The relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of qualifying purchases. If the claimant fails to enter the promo code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. The offer cannot be claimed after payment has been made.
  • Each Promo Code can only be used once.
  • All Promo Code(s) are non-stackable and non-refundable.
  • Promo codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts offered.
  • OSIM may decide at any time to extend the duration or terminate any Promo Code without prior notice.
  • Any Promo Code shall be governed by these terms and conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms & Conditions are subject to Singapore law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
